We had been planning to install a new bathroom for quite some time and had taken our time researching and planning exactly what we wanted.
Over time we had arranged for several companies to come to discuss our ideas and provide quotes. From the outset Stuart from Elite gave us the strong impression that they were head and shoulders above the rest. Where certain companies had told us that there were aspects of the job that would be too difficult or not practical to carry out, Elite took these in their stride and were able to come up with solutions to any problems envisaged and came up with ideas we hadn’t even thought of.
It was a big plus for us that we were able to go to Elite’s own showroom and sit down with their consultant, Barbara, who took us through the innumerable tiles, fixtures and fittings with the minimal of fuss so that we got exactly the look we were looking for. This was a big plus as other companies simply did not offer this option and would have taken us forever trawling through the many bathroom shops looking at the many different products.
Elite were extremely flexible with start dates and gave us an approximate finish date which they stuck to without any deviation.
On day 1 of the job we were very surprised at how quickly they stripped our old bathroom back to the walls removing all fixtures and fittings, tiles and even built a new wall.
Chris was then able to begin painstakingly putting the bathroom back together again which he did with a perfectionist’s eye for detail.
All in all Elite provided us with a sleek, modern top range bathroom, which surpassed our expectations and we will enjoy using for many years.
We would have no hesitation recommending Elite and would definitely use them again.
